RecoverIQ assigns your level at approval. Commission applies only to Net Eligible Revenue actually collected and retained by RecoverIQ.

Program terms in brief

Commission is calculated only on Net Eligible Revenue actually collected and retained by RecoverIQ.
Eligible revenue includes RecoverIQ implementation fees, recurring service and subscription fees, and approved RecoverIQ add-ons.
Excluded: taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, discounts, third-party pass-through costs, government fees, and any amount not actually collected.
The commission period is the first 12 months, beginning with the referred client's first paid RecoverIQ invoice.
Commission is earned only after the client's payment has cleared.
Payouts are monthly, generally by the 15th of the following month, with a $50 minimum payout threshold. Smaller balances roll forward.
Refunds, chargebacks and reversals may reverse the associated commission.
Referral attribution lasts 90 days from the recorded introduction.
Existing RecoverIQ customers and active sales opportunities are not eligible for referral commission.
The first valid referral receives attribution. RecoverIQ resolves duplicate disputes from its own records, timestamps and tracking.

Referral partners are independent partners — not employees, agents or representatives of RecoverIQ. Partners may not bind RecoverIQ, alter pricing, guarantee results, or make unauthorized claims on RecoverIQ's behalf.
